This Privacy Policy explains how Mind Linked Play ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you download, install, and play our Android puzzle game Patches Box: Linked In Mind (the "App", package name: com.MindLinkedPlay.patches).

1. Information We Collect and Process

Patches is engineered with a privacy-by-design architecture:

  • No Personal Information: We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, camera, or microphone data.
  • Local Game Progress: Your puzzle board states, placed rectangular patches, move histories, elapsed timer milliseconds, hints used, and daily streaks are saved locally on your device via encrypted Android DataStore storage. None of your gameplay data is sent to private remote servers.
  • Device & Telemetry Data: When connected to the internet, trusted third-party SDKs (Google Mobile Ads and Firebase) collect standard technical telemetry, such as device model, OS version, general country/language locale, and coarse diagnostic performance metrics.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App utilizes trusted Google Play Services SDKs to provide analytics, crash tracking, and non-intrusive advertising:

  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to monitor application performance, fatal crashes, and anonymous engagement statistics to help us debug issues and improve game quality.

3. Children's Privacy and All-Ages Family Suitability

Patches Box: Linked In Mind is an all-ages, family-friendly brain puzzle game suitable for players of all ages (Rated Everyone / PEGI 3) with zero violence, zero mature themes, and no social chat or user-to-user messaging.

We do not require user registration or logins. We do not collect, solicit, or store personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 or from players of any age. All puzzle states, move histories, and stats remain strictly on the user's local device. Any third-party advertising SDKs are configured to comply with children's privacy protections including COPPA, Google Play Families Policy, and GDPR-K.

4. Data Retention and Security

Because all game state is stored locally on your device, deleting or clearing the application data through Android system settings immediately deletes all local gameplay history, times, and statistics. All network transmissions with third-party Google services use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
