Privacy-First Guarantee: Mini Sudoku does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII). All grid states, candidate notes, and best solve times remain strictly on your local device.

Mind Linked Play ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Mini Sudoku mobile application (the "App", package name: com.MindLinkedPlay.minisudoku).

1. Local Game Data

Mini Sudoku is designed so your game experience belongs entirely to you. All game progress, active puzzle boards, number entries, candidate pencil notes, move histories, elapsed solve times, hints used, and personal best scores are stored strictly locally on your device storage. We do not maintain user accounts, profiles, or external database records of your gameplay.

2. Permissions & Features

Mini Sudoku does not request sensitive device permissions (such as camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, or personal photo/media storage). It requests standard operational capabilities:

  • Internet & Network State: Used solely to load in-game advertisements through Google AdMob and verify connectivity status.
  • Vibration: Used to provide subtle tactile haptic feedback during number keypad taps and puzzle completions.
  • Notifications: Used for optional local daily puzzle reminders if enabled by you in Settings.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Mini Sudoku integrates trusted third-party advertising services that may automatically process technical diagnostics and device identifiers in accordance with their privacy policies:

  • Google AdMob: Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads (to unlock optional hints or undos). Google AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier, coarse IP address (for general country/region location), and interaction diagnostics to serve and measure ads. You can manage or reset your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads at any time via Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device.
  • Google Firebase: Collects anonymous crash telemetry and stability metrics to ensure the game runs smoothly across different Android devices.

4. Data Security

Because Mini Sudoku does not collect or transmit personal user information to remote servers, your private data is not exposed to external database breaches. All communications between the App and third-party advertising networks are secured using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.

5. Children's Privacy

Mini Sudoku is a general-audience logic puzzle game designed for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe that any personal information has been inadvertently provided, please contact us immediately so we can promptly address it.
